Purpose:

The collected data includes your Personal Details, Educational Background and information related to the DAFI Plus program. This data will be used to provide opportunities through our projects, such as DAFI, DAFI Plus, and the Urban Cohesions Hubs in Rawalpindi and Karachi. In particular, the information collected will be used for needs assessments and determining eligibility for the DAFI Plus program.

Data Type:

The following personal data will be collected and processed:
a. Personal Details
Name, Father's Name, POR Card Number, Family ID, Province of Residence, City of Residence, Complete address, Nationality, Address
b. Educational Background
Category, Name of University, Program of Study, Degree Level, Degree Title, Major Subject, Duration of Degree, Total Semester, Current Semester.
c. Contact Details
Email Address, Primary Contact Number, Secondary Contact Number, Alternative Contact Number, Name of Alternative Contact Person, Relationship with Alternative Contact Person, social media. Details
d. DAFI Plus
Component Applied For, Round Participated Before, Component In which you participated before, what are you doing now a days, Courses of Preference, Reason to sign up for DAFI Plus, Consent for taking picture and Inclusion in database.

Duration:

The personal data will be stored with Inspire Pakistan for a period of 8 years or until the beneficiary requests to modify or delete the data.

Third-Party Access:

Your personal data will not be shared with any third parties unless required by law or with your explicit consent.

Rights:

You have the right to access, modify, and delete your personal data, as well as the right to withdraw your consent at any time. The data is stored within Inspire Pakistan and is only accessible to designated Data Focal Persons. To exercise these rights, please contact us at info@inspirepk.org.

By providing your personal data, you are giving us your explicit consent for the collection and processing of your personal data as described in this consent form.

• I agree that I have read and understood the attached information sheet “We protect your data” on my data protection rights.

• Inspire Pakistan is authorized to use and forward my data (name, designation, gender, company details, contact details) to donors and others if needed to be processed for the purposes of financial processing and auditing, monitoring and evaluation.

• I agree that my personal data as mentioned above is stored for a further period of two years so that Inspire Pakistan and the organizations mentioned above can contact me, send invitations, collect my feedback, send me communication and PR material.

• I agree that video footage and photos of myself can be taken and used in Inspire Pakistan’s PR work (i.e., brochures, information sheets, website, social media, and similar publication materials) in connection with the event

• I agree that the list of participants is shared with other participants and the event organizers.

• I agree that Inspire Pakistan stores and uses my personal data in accordance with the statements above and the attached information sheet "We protect your data."
